DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery is only allowed to the card holders address.

£3.50 delivery is sent first class recorded signed for with royal mail it takes approx 3 - 5 working days but is not guaranteed. We cannot make a claim on an undelivered item for 15 working days. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered it will be taken to your local sorting office for you to collect as soon as possible, you will get a delivery failure card through your door.

£7.00 delivery is next day guaranteed before 1pm signed for with royal mail.

If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered it will be taken to your local sorting office for you to collect as soon as possible, you will get a delivery failure card through your door. These orders must be received by 2pm Monday to Thursday to be delivered the next day. Friday before 2pm orders will be delivered Saturday or Monday before 1pm. Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered Tuesday before 1pm.

£15.00 European delivery is sent signed for by royal mail and takes approximately 5 working days but delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

£20.00 International delivery is sent signed for by royal mail and takes approximately 10 working days but delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

RETURNS

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) or you may wish to return an item for an exchange (for example the next size up). You may also return/exchange items at one of our shops if this is more convenient. We recommend you obtain a proof of poastage on all returns sent back.
