Standard Returns Policy
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) or you may wish to return an item for a free exchange (for example the next size up). You may also return/exchange items at one of our stores* if this is more convenient. We recommend you obtain proof of postage on all returns sent back as we cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us by yourself which may become lost in the post.
If returning an item via post, please send it (along with your original invoice) to:

Return your shoes in their original unworn condition as they will be inspected upon return. Include all original packaging including the box. Please do not apply tape, or similar to the shoe box as this renders the product unsellable. If goods are not returned in their original condition they were sent, including the box, a deduction of at least 20% will made from your refund as we will not be able to re-sell these goods as brand new.
Once satisfied, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note this is the only way we can issue a refund, if returning to store you will not be able to claim a refund onto a different payment method or claim a cash refund.
*Proof of purchase is necessary when returning an item to store.
Christmas gifts can be returned for an exchange or credit note until the 3rd January. For a refund of your order, our standard 14 day policy still applies.
Lelli Kelly Returns
We hope not, but if for whatever reason you need to return your Lelli Kelly shoes to us for any reason other than manufactures fault we will also need the gift(s) it comes with or we cannot issue a full refund. We only have enough toys per pair of Lelli Kelly’s!
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0161 480 5558 quoting your order reference number, explanation of fault and whether you’d like a refund or a replacement. We will advise how to return the item to us. We will not refund postage unless otherwise agreed.
