Returns

RETURNS:

Goods may be returned within 28 days of receiving them for a refund. Any goods received by us after this period may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Returns are charged at £3.50 if you use our label, unless you are exchanging or keeping one full priced item from your order, in which case it is free. Returns made via your own method of postage are non refundable.

Goods must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and in their original packaging.

You can also return goods to a Jake store, a refund will then be posted back to your original payment method.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Your right to cancel an online order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your approved safe place. You must notify us of your right to cancel via email along with your order number.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified us you were cancelling your order to return the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please contact us on 0161 4805558 or email [email protected] with your order number and we can put a replacement pair aside for you.

If you unsure of sizing, please feel free to contact us for guidance, or why not order 2 sizes and send one back free of charge?

FAULTY ITEMS:

If your item has become faulty, please contact us in the first instance along with your order number and images of the fault. We can then arrange a replacement/refund of your order from there. Please do not just send the goods to us without prior notification, we cannot re-imburse any postage costs if this happens.
